Review on PEARL IZUMI Cycling Jacket X Large Outdoor Recreation for Outdoor Clothing by Raul Fabijan

I bought this jacket for commuting. I live in Pennsylvania and commute to work year round. I've been doing this for over 12 years. I'm 5ft 6" and about 156lbs and bought a medium size. My only complaint would be that I wish it had a bigger drop trail in the back. It's also very warm and keeps the wind out. My average commute is 18 miles and this jacket keeps me super hot! It usually heats up and I don't need much to warm it up, but I use it in temperatures of 35° and below. It was 24° today (January 29th) with constant wings at 15-20mph with gusts of 40+mph and this jacket is for the job! I use these metrics to let others know how it's working for me. Plenty of room for the layers you need, but to be honest this jacket was pretty warm paired with a summer jersey and a lightweight, non-thermal base layer. Definitely recommended!
