Good quality nylon military strap. NATO straps are probably the safest, most comfortable and hygienic straps you can currently put on your watch. They do not collect dirt, the back of the watch does not come into contact with the skin, protecting it and preventing sweat and odor; Water will not damage them and they can be washed. Easy to assemble and if one of the eyelets breaks, your precious watch is still hanging from the other. They look good on both Rolex and Timex watches, they are just timeless and classic. The olive black color looks great on my black dial Hamilton Khaki watch. It goes well with light dials, olive goes well with white, black, brown, yellowish/gold; really any color of the dial; and can replace the black or brown stripe. I suspect it would also look good on a gold case watch. This strap fits my average wrist perfectly, with a few holes on the thin side and more holes for thicker wrists. I wish they were sewn rather than glued to the rings and buckle, but I'll wait and see how durable they are before criticizing that aspect. They are not marked anywhere, they come in a zipped bag with ears. Pretty nondescript, but I'm not that big of a brand snob. if good then good.
