I would give this product 5 stars but I had a small problem and despite 4 calls to support I got no response. The overall quality is excellent and the pan, tilt and rotation of the arms are just what I needed. -- Problem: The pan and tilt screws were so tight that I couldn't get them to work at all when reassembling. There is also no way to adjust the voltage. I was playing around with a much stronger friend and still couldn't get it to work. BUT after sitting in my office for a few days I could barely move it. It weakened very slowly over several weeks of use, but my goodness, it's frustrating! I didn't want to return the product. Just contact support to find out how I can fix the problem. Thank god it worked out in the end.
