My weight fluctuates quite often and my pants are usually between 30 and 33 inches. My current pant size is 32, but they are a little loose. I ordered a 34 inch belt and the size seems great. From the looks of it, it should work up to 30 and at least 33. On smaller waist sizes, the extra length can make fastening difficult as it interferes with the belt loop, but so far so good. move during the day.
