1. NO pocket to keep massage oil bottle VERTICAL! If you don't keep that bag full all the time, there's nowhere for the bottle to stand upright; so that your oil runs out. 2. Wheels are difficult to maneuver 3. Shoulder strap is just weird and out of place 4. When full this bag WILL NOT stand up! I tried to compensate by putting my thick tablecloth on the side of the bag opposite the pockets. never mind, it still crashes. The previous model served me very well for about 7 years. I doubt that I will last that long and will not buy it again 🤦🏾‍♀️
