I worked with their Customer Service team to develop an effective CRM solution for our organization. The project was completed on time and on budget. There were no issues that arose during this process. We are able to track all of our customers and prospects' information within one system. If we had any issues, they resolved them quickly and efficiently. As long as you have a good relationship with your Account Manager and/or Project Manager, the experience will be great! I cannot think of anything I disliked about this product or service. They met all of my expectations and then some. I would recommend them to anyone looking to create an efficient CRM solution for their business. We needed a system that could help us manage our customer data and provide marketing materials to our clients. This system did just that for us.
