Review on Computer speaker Logitech Z120 white by Mateusz Grzesiak  (M ᠌

The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.

The wires are very short, before buying, be sure to check if the length is enough for you, it’s barely enough from my PC to the table, apparently, the calculation was for laptops. The design and materials for their price are quite pleasant, only the green light is a little annoying and the glossy finish around the speaker, which even in a clean state does not look very aesthetically pleasing. Now in terms of sound: it is quite balanced, I would even say with slightly pronounced midrange, there is little bass, it is quite pleasant to listen to, for its price the detailing is not bad, it does not cause any suffering. The maximum volume is rather weak, even for its price segment, enough to watch videos, listen to music in the background, if you want to turn it on for the whole house, then the power may not be enough. Those who write that they are noisy most likely have problems with the source. From my PC, all the speakers hiss strongly, these, of course, too, but if you connect the minijack to the phone, then there will be only a quiet hum, if you bring the speaker close to your ear, otherwise you can’t hear it, but I suppose that in this price category This is, unfortunately, the norm. I chose between these, creative pebble and edifier r12u. Pebble is 1.5 times more expensive and I didn’t really like the sound in them (I didn’t listen live, only video comparisons + reviews), because they seem to have more accentuated bass and treble, which makes the sound more booming and squeaky (musical version), I'm a lover of balanced frequencies and I needed a good middle (for study, to hear the voice better), so I chose z120, but creative pebble has noticeably higher maximum volume, especially in the second version with the built-in amplifier turned on. edifier r12u is also 1.5 times more expensive, the volume and detail, I think, are slightly better (if at all better), but there is more emphasis on low frequencies, which means that the sound is more booming - for an amateur (again, I judge only by video comparisons and reviews) , between edifier r12u and creative pebble, I would probably take the latter. Conclusion: if the volume and cable length are enough for you, then this is a good option for your money.

Pros
  • The quality of materials and sound for the money, nice design and controls
Cons
  • Very short wires, weak maximum volume, sound quality could be better, bright, non-switchable operation indicator light, gloss around the speaker, two-tone design may not suit both those with a dark light interior and those with a dark one
