I tried SPF 30 (green tube) and thought I'd try this one because the other one, while I like it, had to use it a lot to keep my skin hydrated on the Morning. worst mistake. It made me explode like a 14 year old girl (I'm 32). Super oily and very liquid. Makes your face shine and needed to be towel dried - only used a few times in the morning. Now I have a box on my face that hurts like hell because that thing clogged my pores like putty on a wall. If you have sensitive skin, normal or dry, and hate the feeling of oily skin (who doesn't), I recommend using the one mentioned before. It hydrates your skin (although I use more than I should because I have very dry skin) but doesn't leave it heavy and oily at the end of the day.
