LOVE this hat! in my opinion
My toddler and I live in Minnesota and needed a nice warm hat for his first winter. It's perfect and I get so many compliments on the hat. The baby has an average head circumference and has been wearing this hat for about 4 months (7 months) and it fits well. Keeps the head very warm, too warm at times, but just what I wanted to make sure it was safe and snug. Velcro around the chin fits well and stays in place.
