I really like this flashlight. It's bright. Battery life is good. (Happy now, Revane? I used your words.) The problem is that the seller burned me. Twice.Once was in the middle of a pandemic. I ordered 2 packs of these. The package arrived with a neat 4 inch slot on the side and only one item inside. I tried to contact the seller but got banned. I gave up. Let go, I thought. It's not worth arguing about. I tried again recently. I only ordered one. It arrived. Hooray! Unfortunately, the cartridge with the three batteries was missing one of the springs that completed the connection. There was no indication it was ever installed; no "weak" springs spinning in the box, no trace on that part of the cartridge that anything was ever attached to its pristine surface. I'm not giving up this time. I give up. This is a great light when it actually arrives (and works) which is why I'm giving it three stars. But I will never buy anything from these people again. It's too discouraging.
