My niece is 9 years old and has been playing competitive soccer for 2 years. traveling team. The first pair of Nikes I bought her were the Phantom Vision Academy Jr with her name on the side. They were super cool, but they were also $90 and she outgrew them after about a season. cheap, but they were cheaper than single ones. Which she now leaves on the shelf because she likes it when they say her name. She loves these Phantom Vision 2 boots. She thinks it's cool that they're purple-green from different angles. They fit her comfortably, she is 3.5 and I bought her a 3.5. Fits like a glove with room for bulky/thick football socks. Well, even the best running shoes won't make you "better," but they will give her the stability and traction she needs to maneuver. Suffice it to say that she is 9 years old. (literally last week) and she was called up to the U11 team. Watching her audition, she was able to pass, shoot and dribble with the accuracy she expects from a shoe that lets her do her best. + for this shoe
