Our 4 1/2 year old LOVES these new boots. Bought for Halloween to complete the costume. It's hard to keep them away from them before that! These are her first glowing shoes - even more exciting!
- Even better than the style, they are easy to put on and because of the lights you can see them walking when it gets dark.
- Not suitable for children with limited mobility
