NEGATIVE STAR RATE! Earlier this morning I received an email from James at KECC, thought it was a standard thank you email for the purchase but it was supposed to "make sure you're checking the correct Macbook size". I was like, okay, I guess they have a lot of returns. Valid email address but not a very good customer service experience. So, I just received my order a few minutes ago. And so! For the first time in my Amazon experience I received a USED, BAD, DIRTY, DISGUSTING, INCOMPLETE product. For the kit I paid for, the case/bag that was supposed to come with the product is not included, the bottom of the case is missing and they sent me 2 dirty front covers/cases. ?!?!?! So here is my letter to James. His original email was copied and edited in my experience. My own words / edited to all caps. This is an important reminder to double check your MacBook model number to ensure you have ordered the correct size AND UNUSED MacBook sleeve size to send to your customer. "WARNING": If you choose the wrong size AND THE WRONG PRODUCT, THE CASE WILL NOT FIT YOUR MACBOOK - AND YOU WILL HAVE A VERY UNHAPPY AND CRAZY CUSTOMER. It is therefore extremely important that you select the correct size (model number) AND UNUSED/NEW PRODUCT in order for YOUR CUSTOMER to receive the correct case for HER MacBook.Gosh. His email is too long and I can go on and on but I don't want to waste any more time on it. So let the photos tell their story. It's too gross, looks like it even has DANDRUFF on it. SHIT! James, just an important reminder to double check when submitting an order. You spend too much time sending emails to make sure your customers are buying the right model, forgetting that you as a seller have responsibilities. Thanks very much!
