Spend a little more and get an applicator pack. This makes installing the o-rings SO easy and they (the o-rings) are great for holding the shafts securely. I was surprised at how small the o-rings are, and instead of trying to manipulate them along the shaft threads, the applicator allows you to pick them up and roll them onto the shafts in a split second. In addition, it acts as a tightening tool. Eat clear! Definitely recommend getting one.
