The Good First: This is a great holdall. It is water repellent and has many comfortable sections. It's light and attractive. I love it. Now for the bad: After just four months, the bracelet wears out. It seems to be getting worse every day. Without some repairs it will decay. I don't think this should happen after just four months of normal use. I contacted Vera Bradley and they told me to contact the seller. I bought this from Revain as I had a birthday gift certificate to use towards the purchase. This is the real Vera Bradley and was sold directly by Revain and not a third party. I don't think Revain should be blamed for that. Shouldn't a product manufacturer be held responsible for the quality of their products? Anyway, I still love Vera Bradley bags and will continue to buy them. I'm just disappointed that the quality isn't what it should be.
