I am not very satisfied with this product. Already on the first day of delivery the main rescue head was loose and fell off immediately when the head was used. The eyebrow trimmer had a similar problem, but with the small square head that comes with it, it falls off so easily I'm afraid of losing it down the drain. Pretty much the only attachment I can use is one that also has a 3 length trimming attachment that snaps onto it. This shaving head only works to feed me. The base would be amazing if all the pieces actually worked because it holds everything together so well. Although the charging indicator started having problems after about a month. Now when I charge the shaver with no light I can't tell if it's charging or not or if it's in the charging station. It was a great idea but very poorly designed and executed.
