weak magnet. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR MOBILE USE!

The base transmits/receives the JetStream antenna I attached to it, but the magnet is terribly weak and will not stick to my truck roof in any wind. Where I live in Florida the speed limit is 70 mph so people usually drive at 80. I have to stay in the slow lane and don't go more than 65-70 lest the antenna come off and hit the side of the truck. until I can stop at the curb and put it back on. I took this antenna with me to household chores as its intended use on a vehicle is dangerous. SAVE MONEY AND GET A DIFFERENT BASE!
