After I bought this I thought it was a waste of money. A blanket would be just as good. I had several problems. First, there was only one strap to attach it to the seat, so it slipped a bit and wasn't very secure. I see some people sewing on extra straps and such, but... um, I was looking for something complete. Second, the buckle on this belt broke after two days of use rendering it unusable. Third, within two days of use, my dog hated it. He slipped on my leather seat and couldn't hold onto it, so he slipped too. Eventually he gave up and jumped into the handlebar depression and curled up there, refusing to slide any further. It's foolish to even try.
