I love that it comes in a small size. Makes it the right length when worn barefoot. Footies are long for my leg. Extra 2-3 inches for longer legs. I wear shoes 7.5. The dots are noticeable, but it doesn't bother me. Body/torso length is good for lounging but seems short when sleeping. Arm length is good and fits in thumb holes for lounging but not sleeping. However, I like to be free and toss and turn a lot when I sleep. So it might work for someone else. Very soft and warm. You'll notice how warm it is when you have to take it off to go to the bathroom. I had a hole in the side seam when I poked my toe in it. I could see him up close. So it's a very soft material. Haven't washed it yet so can't comment on durability or softness yet.
