I bought these last year 2019, they died on September 1st for some reason. USB no longer charges the headphones. I've tried different ones, it's not red, it's completely dark so I don't know what's going on but the headphones are dead. I'm trying to contact the manufacturer of a NANAMI product to see if they can help me can. I was surprised to hear from the company that they sent me a replacement pair for free today 10th September 2020 so I have to say the company supports their product if you contact them. I hope I have more than a year of this and we'll see. Thank you, NANAMI headphone company.
