Exactly 30 ounces to the brim. Easy to hold. Not light but not heavy either, just a little heavier than a regular sized mug as you would expect. Perfect for cereal, soup, ice cream and more. All 4 fingers fit comfortably in the handle. The inside of the handle measures approximately 2.75 inches high and 1.75 inches wide. So if the distance from the outside of the pinky finger to the outside of the index finger is less than 2.75 inches, you're fine! Otherwise you're still good, but you only have to hold it with three fingers. Arrived well packaged in form fitting styrofoam. No cracks or breaks. Both have survived (and fit in) the top rack of the dishwasher just fine. I could buy another set! I'll let you know if they ever break through no fault of mine.
