What needs improvement: - Another small pocket that can be accessed from the outside of the backpack, not the inside, for keys or small items in an emergency - Deeper side pockets to stash umbrellas and water bottles - I lost my water bottle when it fell out . - Where the zipper of the main bag connects to the fabric, the fabric tore twice and had to be sewn. This should make it more durable. The cross strap should slide further over the main straps, especially on the left main strap for us short people. You know, not everyone is 5'8" or taller.
