This is a defective product. Here are my problems on the first day: - The battery cover did not latch properly. It wasn't even turned on properly when I took it out of the box. - The backlight does not work at all. - 2 of the 5 programmable buttons do not hold any settings. As I got 3 of these to work and tried many times I don't think it's user error. The keys themselves are very hard, spongy and don't give good feedback. You can push them a little and they won't work.
