I've used them a few times and bought a second set through Revain. This isn't the only set of compression cubes I have, I have two other brands. This is the best to date. The first set purchased by VASCO consisted of the entire 7 items purchased through a Kickstarter campaign. I didn't bother with the extra stuff, but packing cubes and a very small cosmetic bag are used on every trip. The toiletry bag doesn't hold much, so I have to pack extra bags. It's probably ok for a short trip for those not packing a lot of groceries. They are very similar in function to any compression bag but it is a much heavier, higher quality material and the water resistance makes them worth buying. I caution against overfilling before compressing, as the bag (like any compression cube) takes on an odd shape and fits unevenly into the case, reducing space savings. I also found that you have to wipe them down to clean them. switched off, you can of course not put them in the washing machine. So I'll have to see how it performs over time. These last two points are the reason they get 4 stars instead of 5.
