They're fine for what I use them for, but not for food.
If you need to triple them for a meal and it still seeps into you, it's better to pay for better ones. I bought these for my cat wet food bowls as my cats are sloppy eaters and they are great at it but food forget it. It also rained heavily that day and the driver left them outside so the box was soaked, luckily the plates were plastic otherwise it would have been a waste of money. I have a screened inlet, for god's sake use it so you don't get the bag wet.
