That's a shame. The delivery was a nightmare. Constantly put off several times. I contacted Amazon support and they kept telling me to wait. I ended up having to cancel and re-order. When it finally arrived and my daughter took it all to school, she noticed that the inside pockets were sewn the wrong way round. Pooh. She didn't have time to get everything out, so she used it for school. The first day she used it, she came home and said it was already torn and falling apart. Serious?! Super suck. Customer service didn't help, just complicated and took longer and the product quality is so cheap. Looks very cute, but definitely a bad buy!
