I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and the material was much thicker and nicer than I anticipated. I have DEEP red pillows I was looking to cover with a white cover but wasn't too sure if the red was going to show through. The material is so thick (in a good way) that you would never know there were red pillows underneath. The material is soft and the pillow was super easy to insert into the cover. I was also easily able to machine was and dry them before use. I would highly recommend.
