Review on SweetHawk by Mark Jefferson

The ability to create workflows with actions and conditions and then link those actions and conditions to other tickets. SweetHawk has allowed our team to create workflows that we could not do on our own. They also offer a great support team when we run into issues. We have not found anything that we dislike. I would highly recommend SweetHawk for any Zendesk user. We are solving a problem of having to manually assign tickets to multiple people and then having to manually check that tickets have been completed. SweetHawk automates this process.
