Turtles Must Die

I want to save the planet as much as everyone else. When I read an article about how much plastic can be reduced by using renewable bamboo toothbrushes, I couldn't wait to get involved. I searched and found this brand that covers everything I was hoping for in a renewable alternative. no Sweatshop work? To verify. All natural? To verify. Fully biodegradable? Does Check.Proceeds include an additional trust fund to save sea turtles? MY GOD! Check over. I was very pleased with my four packs and am glad they are labeled with recognizable numbers from one to four as they are very similar. Ok they look the same and I had to use a colored marker to quickly tell mine apart from everyone else. I mean, early in the morning I don't have the time, energy or desire to play, "take all the brushes out of their holders to see which one is mine". But that's not so important. The problem is solved very cheaply and easily with a marker. I use a bowl-shaped brush holder, as do many others. If you've never used one, you'll find that even if your mug is ceramic like mine, you'll find that you need to clean the bottom of the mug regularly because that's where the nastiest slime in the world likes to build up. I keep them clean pretty well, but after a week of use I noticed the bottom 1/8 inch of them were turning black. Black. I don't know if that means they've naturally become a biological hazard, or something in between, but I don't like it. Some of this coloring disappears when you place the brush horizontally on the brush holder, usually hanging. though in the air. Come on. who will do it It's not a thing. The toothbrush must harmonize with ONE actual existing toothbrush holder. It's not going to happen. But that didn't hurt my new brush capabilities the most. What bothers me as it really hurts my mouth is the lack of rounded corners on the head. I feel like I'm brushing my teeth with a tongue twister. That simply does not work. I'm sorry, but if this is to save the turtles, then the turtles must die. I do not oppose bamboo brushes. I just didn't think they would help me live in harmony with my "save the planet by consuming smarter" idealism.
