Review on πŸ‘œ Vera Bradley Performance Compartment Crossbody Handbags & Wallets: Woman's Essential for Crossbody Bags by Shannon Smith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very cute and small

I needed a small bag but big enough to fit only the essentials in it. I wasn't careful when ordering and got a MEDIUM Triple Compartment Crossbody instead of a Triple Compartment Crossbody. When it arrived I couldn't figure out why it was so small but then I saw the title πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ. However, since I had it, I decided to give it a try and see how it was. I love the color I received Seawater Flowers but be aware it is a darker bluish blue than what is shown in the picture. I was surprised but I didn't care. Someone may be angry, the picture on Revain is much brighter. It has square stitches which I love with silver metal zippers and each zipper has a little ribbon. The strap is quite long and ends with a Vera Bradley logo clip. It has three main compartments: 2 main zipped compartments, one middle and one small zipped front pocket. One of the zipped compartments has card slots, which makes sense as this wallet is too small to fit even the smallest wallet unless that's all you can fit in this compartment. I found it useful, it contained my ID and at least 5 cards. I also put my check book, 1 mask and some pens in it. The middle compartment closes with a hidden magnet, while the second zippered compartment has no inner pockets. I could fill it with a powder compact, my work badge, a powder brush, a small bible, a small tube of hand cream, a long lip gloss but it really took up all the space and didn't leave any space... I put the cash in. Front pocket with zip. I use the middle compartment for my cell phone. I have a working shared phone in addition to mine and I couldn't put both phones down without looking super clunky. I really like this little bag. It's very nice to take with you on the road, to the supermarket or for a really quick errand. However, I couldn't put my glasses in, my extra phone, and it was generally too crowded with the little one (at least my little one) that I put in. I was torn because I really wanted to keep using it, but I needed a little more space. This is the perfect bag for someone who might have a large hobo-like bag and might just want to pop it in and pull it out when running a quick errand (without having to swap bags, which I hate). or not wear much. If you're okay with a small wallet and only need the essentials for going out (some cash, your cards, lip gloss and maybe a thin powder compact) this is for you. As for me, I needed more.
