These socks have protected my feet from blisters and I don't even feel that my feet get hot from the material (despite the fact that they are made of thick quality wool). I have a huge chafing issue on my right sole (ball of foot) so these socks have been my life saver and I can walk in them with great running shoes (which I also bought from Revain) with no problem. They're a little pricey for someone on a tight budget, so I hand wash them so I don't have to buy multiple pairs. However, if Cloudline is reading this, I'd like another pair! :-)
