My kitten was spayed and the ecollar I got from the vet didn't fit. I tried an inflatable collar from a pet store. Well it's a joke. I ordered this suit before her surgery but it was delayed en route. I ordered it around midnight and by 11:30 it was in my mailbox. Great work Revan. Great anti-stress. Actual item is true to size. She weighs about 5 pounds and the little one fits perfectly. It's not too lost that she can wriggle out. It will take some time to get used to. At first she acted like she was paralyzed, but little by little she realizes that she can move in her clothes.
