I like that they are always looking to improve their product, which is something you don't see too often these days! They really care about their customers and listening to what people want from them. It's easy for me as an end user of their products to tell when there isn't much thought put into anything by their team members or engineers. The customer service has been great so far, but it would be nice if the support staff were more knowledgeable in our industry (especially with respect to ridesharing). We're solving some problems around safety and reliability of ride sharing services.
