The first set I ordered was the advertised size but arrived broken. The replacement set I received arrived in good condition but was 2 inches longer than advertised and did not fit my space. The support team got back to me and took care of everything. Carol made sure I received the set in good condition, the right size and very quickly. I appreciate the quick observation and willingness to do things right. I am very happy with the end product!
