No smearing! - Eyes
I have this in an Ipsy bag and I love it! I have suffered from raccoon eyes/spots and have tried almost every mascara with no good results. This mascara stays put and I can even apply it to my bottom lashes without smudging! I haven't found it in stores yet, so I bought it here. I agree, a thick formula - maybe that's why some peoples withered? But you can mix it with regular saline to loosen it up I guess? I haven't done it yet and I don't think it will be necessary. I'm just glad this mascara works well for me!
