falling apart. Good customer service
Sole fell off after 6 weeks. It's not even my main pair of shoes so they haven't been worn that often. waste of money. The company sent a new pair. It's cold where I live, so I hardly wear them.

- I didn't end up needing them, but the quality seemed good. Can't comment on comfort or durability as I returned them unused.

- Limited shelf life, may not last as long as other more expensive options
