It looked like a great idea and for some people, it probably does work well. Unfortunately, I didn't fully plan where to put it and then tried to use it in different spots that I had been thinking about. Kitchen counter top. no because once plugged in, the stand is too close to the underside of the cabinets to make it useful. So how about in the bathroom wall outlets. no because the prong holes are on a 90° angle. Every other outlet in the house is too low and/or behind furniture. Now I understand why I haven't seen anything designed like this before.
