Just received my drone and was excited to use it. I charged the battery, plugged it in, turned on the drone and paired it with the controller. It was so easy. This is a sturdy little drone at around 3/4 inch thick that will make even the most novice user or older kids comfortable to use. It comes with a separate set of "just in case" propellers. I downloaded the iOS controller app and it couldn't be easier to use. I was actually able to gain about 15 minutes of flight time before needing to recharge the battery. It takes about an hour or so to charge. As this drone is in a safe and clean area it can be carefully launched indoors but when I launched it outdoors you need to be careful and keep an eye on it as it is so small you may not be able to use it notice. Second. I'm glad there's a "headless safe mode" for precisely this reason, to avoid losing or losing control. The 3D spinning action is great fun and controlled by a single controller. This drone rolls, spins, and if you accidentally hit it like I did, that's no problem at all. It has 6 axis controls which I like as a beginner. There is a hold function to keep the drone exactly where it is by releasing the throttle stick on the controller or app. The camera has a decent resolution and a fairly wide angle. If you want the drone to come back to you, just press enter and it will come to you like a little puppy. If you're young or a beginner, you'll need to learn a little how to use the controls, but it's so simple and intuitive that you'll be an expert in no time. I think I have a few people I'll buy them for as Christmas gifts. It's so easy to use and quick to learn. Beginners become pros after the third or fourth flight. This drone is a lot of fun. I'm recharging the battery so I can fly again in a few minutes. In the photo I've included a TV remote control for perspective so you can get an idea of the size.
