Moderate Quality Worth the Price

In general, this product is not bad. It looks like real leather but the spikes are cheap and flimsy and one broke on the first night. My neck was too big for it so I had to put holes in it to fit it. But I have a wide neck so if you are a thin person this will fit. In general I have decided that the defective spike should not be sent back as it is too cool.
