I've used the TSA approved Fly Travel, ProCase Durable Quarter Size carry-on bag a few times to carry my shampoo, conditioner and mouthwash. Not knowing what to expect, packed into a filled and zipped 40 liter backpack, I zipped the bag into a gallon zip as a precaution. To my satisfaction there were no leaks and no zip was needed.
