I ordered this charger to replace the one that had frayed wires. Thus, the connection was switched on and off, which no longer corresponded to the store. This controller charger is very simple, meaning the controllers quickly snap into place with a simple push when you want them to. Like the LED on the front that shows the status of the controllers and changes from red to green when charging is complete. Fairly quick charge times, but I didn't have the controller on a bar before placing it on the charger. It was an instant hit with my two sons. That's important, right. Good product. I recommend.
