I wanted something to hold my phone while walking - it helps but the touchscreen doesn't work under the plastic screen (not a problem for me). The only other issue for me is the size. I'm not very tall so I have small hands, I could benefit from making them a bit stronger but I can't. Of course, this is not a problem for those who are average or larger.
