Hard-to-erase ink
These forms are made in China and are much cheaper. However, the surface is not as glossy/reflective as US made stamps (e.g. RMP stamps) which have a more glossy/reflective surface so you can see the reflection of the stamp (similar to a mirror) when you placing the stamp close to the workpiece, which facilitates correct stamping. Also, the ink on these cheap letterheads is harder to wipe off later. All in all I can use it but I won't buy it again.
