Quality and thoughtful design

I don't often write reviews, but I was so surprised by the quality of this product that I started compiling it as soon as I received it. It's been over a week now and so far nothing has happened that made me doubt its durability. Pros: Quality seems solid. The design is very chic. Whoever designed it really put thought into what a monitor arm should do and could make setup easier by creating clean lines and stability and have been able to deliver this at a very reasonable price. It comes with a number of additional parts that you can use to customize your setup. There are options for mount stability and conveniences like thumbscrews, good Velcro cable ties, and probably my favorite of all, an easy-to-release VESA mount that stays secure but allows the monitor to detach from the mount by you press on him. Tab. The whole thing looks attractive and attaches securely to the table (my table is only about 3/4 inch thick). It's very easy to have a lag screw on top that's adjustable with the included sturdy Allen key. The lower part of the levers has a cable slot and since in my experience this is usually the part of the arm that doesn't work as it should and ends up with broken plastic and exposed cables, I think this arm solves this problem for the best It takes a bit of effort to fully latch the lid if you have a lot of cables, but when put together it's secure and looks very neat, and I've had to switch cables a lot to set it up right and they didn't break and didn't scare me. adjust it. My monitors weigh 10 pounds and I didn't have to adjust any tension to keep them in place, so I can't comment too much on the process. A temporary flaw: one of the lower parts of the arms. won't fit into the anchor point on the base until I sand the inside a bit.
