Terrible sound quality

I really wanted to like them but they made it very difficult. First, there is no bass. Monitor speakers sound better. I made sure I set them correctly and tried again. No, just a high tone. Second, they are difficult to remove from the case. I thought they might have been taped for shipping or something but they just fit really snug. The ear loops don't go far enough. They can still fall out unless you have small ears. Came with a good charge, 93%. Pairing was easy for my iPhone.
