Not true to size. the best in my rating
These are cute ballet flats and my daughter loved the color but I ordered them a size up (she is a size 9 - her feet are not wide, she is very slim so I ordered her a size 10) and they always were still big. small (size 10 looked more like a size 8 to me and they left red stains on her legs after wearing them for about 15 minutes) so that was a bummer.
