Not very good Best in Tools & Accessories
I bought another coiled cotton perm rope but it's actually not a spool. It doesn't last at all. I know rolled cotton isn't usually very strong so you can just rip it apart if you have a piece long enough to use, but it comes off like little balls of dust. Even after I very carefully and very carefully unwound the strands to use for the perm around my head, I still had to take 5 pieces and twist them a bit to get a piece strong enough to hold together remain, and strong enough to absorb additional solution. Everything is just packed in a box. I wouldn't buy it again and wouldn't recommend it unless you're using it to fill a very small pillow.
