Excellent customer service
I bought it in December 2020. I used it all winter but didn't use it for about 2 weeks. I turned it on this morning and got an error message. I called customer service and was told they would send a new one and not bother to return the broken one. The support person was very friendly and tried to solve the problem. In my experience with electric blankets, they can go bad without warning and don't have a long shelf life, and it's important to have a cooperative customer service policy and well-trained staff. I would definitely order from them again.
