UPDATE. After playing around with the lens a few times, I found that the lens has bubbles between the two lens discs. On closer inspection, the paint also bleeds between the lens glasses at the very top where the foam strip seals the lens glasses together. I contacted Virtue and they responded very quickly. However, you can only apply pressure to ensure that the lens glasses are connected to each other. I've been told there's nothing you can do about the bubbles that form when moisture gets between the lenses. I now have 3 lenses with blisters. It can be assumed that moisture got in there because I cleaned the lens. You're right about the first two, I dunked the lenses under water so most of the paint [which had dried to the corners] peeled off. Blisters formed shortly after [yes, I've learned not to do that anymore]. However, without the use of water, blisters formed on new lenses. All I use is a small spray of Invisible Glass Cleaner and a microfiber cloth. So a word to the wise, avoid moisture at all costs or you will see through bubbles in your mask/lens. This includes every type of glass cleaner you might think of. I don't know what other ways there are to clean my mask after a day of paintball. I think I just have to get better and not get under the mask first. :-) Oh, the rest of my original review still stands. These lenses illuminate the view very well, although I'm not as happy with the purchase as I was initially. First review. Bought to replace my tinted visor which works great in bright light but is a little problematic. in the shade of forest fields for paintball. I played with this visor and as if the forest was "lit up". I was able to see colors more clearly, movement across the field, and clarity that I lacked with tinted lenses. Very happy with this purchase!
