This takes me back to the 1960's when I first started shaving my legs. No fancy electric razors, just a blade and a simple handle. When the blade became dull, the whole thing wasn't thrown away, just the blade and a new one put in the hilt. It was simple, inexpensive, effective and the razor blade provided a close shave. The blade of this green reusable razor is very thin and flexible. It doesn't look like the metal blades I bought. The entire handle is unscrewed from the razor head and the blade is inserted into the holder, then the handle is inserted and screwed into the central hole where the thread is located. The blade is sharp on both sides, so if one side becomes dull, the other can be used. I like the clean look of this razor, it's long enough without being too heavy; However, it is strong enough to get a good grip. My memory isn't as good as it used to be, but I think the ten blades that come with this razor are a standard size so I can find replacements for the handle if I need a replacement. I love this razor and have no complaints. I will happily continue to use it.
